I have a LUV voucher with a bit of value on it still that is expiring next month that I won't be able to use before then. Totally realize that the terms say it can't be extended beyond the expiration date, but has anyone called and gotten one extended? Just trying to see if it's worth taking a shot and calling or nah?
Priority cardholder here who is a bit perplexed after my ELR upgrade opportunity today - any similar experiences or explanations?
Selected 7D originally since I like aisle seats. Checked 5 mins before the 48 hour mark on a computer and almost all of ELR was open but wouldn't let me upgrade for free then. As soon as it hit 48 hours, I went in and suddenly only 2 window seats were open. Surely there weren't THAT many cardholders on my flight? Thinking it was an error I refreshed and tried again, same thing. Tried the app same thing.
Tried again a couple hours later and lo and behold 3C was open so I immediately snagged it. Once booked, 7D never came open again but 2D magically did. I'm thinking it HAS to be a glitch but has anyone else experienced this? So weird and stressful when this is THE main benefit of the priority card.
