I need advice / comments/ feedback on my situation.

I am currently an Applied Scientist L5 in amazon with TC of ~400K USD. Promo to L6 is close (we are talking 2 -3 quarters).

I got an offer from a Startup (Series A complete) to work as the their Head of Applied AI.
Startup Details:

I went through their platform and its very promising. The startup is growing and is closer to hitting 10 M ARR.

TC offers 220K base + 50k Bonus + 1.5 equity.

How is the offer ?
What to expect in Startup world ?
Assuming the odds are in favour of the startup, is this a better move compared to Career in Amazon ?
