Skinny Fat
I am 160 cm tall, 18 years old and weigh 44.5 kg. I used to weigh about 57 kg in October but to be honest, I lost so much weight by under eating. I know my weight is considered underweight and most don’t believe when I say this online but I still hold a lot of fat in my thighs and stomach for some reason. I now make sure to eat three meals a day. Is it true that it would be better for me to gain weight to a healthy weight, around 50 kg maybe and then start lifting or something? I have no clue what to do. I’m worried about gaining weight because I don’t want my body to look bigger and fatter but is it true I should gain and then work on body recomp?
