I recently did my base with the Shiseido syncro foundation (old package) with florasis balm concealer and out-of-office liquid highlighter. I applied the liquid highlighter after the balm concealer and that make my skin really cakey. I was wondering if liquids should be applied before balms or if they do not mix, thanks.
