Given Bane has confirmed to the world he's aware of FTP and appreciates us for it, I did some digging, because I was there for it.

The very first mention I'm aware of for "Fuck them/those picks" is during the win over Detroit on Nov 28th, 2025. An epic game, Bane absolutely dominated with his drives to the paint, surprising many by doing his wild scoop layups going both right and left.

Media, Pistons, Magic, Reddit, everyone saying it's gonna be a dog fight, backs against the wall, etc etc.

But I saw a demoralized team in the last 4 minutes last night. It isn't hyperbole to say that Cain dunk sucked all the life and joy out of the Pistons for the rest of the game.

I'm gonna call it, if we don't put up a million bricks and we can get to 110 on Wednesday this series is 100% over. Pistons will roll over if we start scoring on them.

Legit did not see that coming. Cain was huge late in large part because he got a bunch of early minutes and was fully game ready down the stretch.

Shit it worked for Goga too, he was big while Dell sat in the 2nd half.
