Need Realtor Experienced With USDA Direct (502) Loans in Tampa Area
Looking for a Tampa-area realtor who is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about USDA Direct (Section 502) loans and USDA property requirements.
I’m already qualified for up to ~$325k through the USDA Direct program, so I’m specifically looking for an agent who understands:
USDA Direct vs Guaranteed differences
Property eligibility requirements
Lot size limitations
Income-producing/agricultural use restrictions
Septic/well issues
Appraisal/property condition requirements
Rural zoning and acreage properties.
I’m primarily looking in USDA-eligible areas around Tampa such as:
Thonotosassa
Parts of Odessa
Dover
Possibly Pasco County outskirts as well
A lot of agents say they “do USDA loans,” but I’m looking for someone who truly understands the 502 Direct program and can help avoid places that will fail USDA underwriting/appraisal.
