So, to my knowledge based off the new updated HFS Dental Program Fee Schedule for Child and Adult Beneficiaries basically all teeth are covered for root canals. In my case specifically D3320 and D3330.

Prior years they weren't covered. I have Aetna better health of ilinois. I've called dentaquest and phone rep both times can only pull up a D3310 code stating the other ones arent covered.

So am I getting my information wrong or are they looking at old files??

Cant pay this $3k root canal treatment
