To the people who have a phone repair business, how do you manage it? Because I want to have my own business but the cost of parts and the unpredictable phones you will receive for repair is confusing. Whenever I’m fixing my friend’s phone or a mutual I have to wait like a week to repair their phone because the part takes a while to deliver.
