What is the CAC annual increase with low ldl but high LPA

I’m in my 30s I have a cac score of 27 at 31. I started repatha and statin. LDL was down to 30 apob to 50 on meds but my LPA was 159. Is it true that my cac score will still increase at 15 - 20 percent? So regardless of aggressive treatments and lifestyle changes without LPA meds my situation is dire? Ai says cac score will theoretically be as stated like 750-1000 at 50? Almost definitely stent or having heart attack? This sucks no matter what I’m screwed

32m with a CAC score of 30. No family risk 6ft 2 189 lbs(yes could lose weight still) but overall decent shape. Was able to get my ldl and apob down after massive numbers with statin and repatha . You can see those most recent ldl numbers. Haven’t had HsCRP or LPA checked in recent bloodwork’s but I assume they are still high. Why would my HsCRP and LPA be so high? Am I going to need a stent or have a heart attack? My treadmill test was good but need a CTA.
