I just want to give credit to my 2 Teachers for helping me with my cultivation journey and introducing these concepts that I will be naming.
(This ‘Lecture’ isn’t really anything I wanna teach about, it’s just my view of how cultivation should be done or started with)
My way of cultivation (Casper/Egragor) :
I see cultivation as a growth focused journey. A lot of people just hand out methods for cultivation like energy circulation exercises or just meditation, which I don’t find right for cultivation. I think what matters for cultivation is Self-Regulation, Self-Discovery, Shadow-Work, Inner-work and Emotional work. I think that’s a perfect layout for inner power. It builds up a solid foundation to start with. (i haven’t listed them in the “correct order” since i think it’s up to people what the order should be)
This foundation helps you get closer to yourself from within and builds up more confidence. Confidence will get you really far. It gives you the ability to believe in yourself, even when people are doubting. It maybe even helps you rise up again after failure, that is the point where it gets you far.
After you build up a good foundation, you can start really working hard to find out how your abilities work and how you can empower them. If you find out how your abilities work, it can help you find out about how you work. My abilities work on multiple factors, like things I won’t name since it’s private, but your abilities can work based on your emotional state, doubt/fear, confidence and more. (Maybe it doesn’t go that way for everyone, but that’s just my experience.)
Now it’s not just about abilities, so go out and explore whatever you want and do what you need to grow.
Aftermath: More faith in what you can do, more confidence in most cases, trust in yourself over doubt in yourself, and I could keep going.
