PLAR APPROVED. Now what?
I recently received PLAR approval and was wondering if anyone knows the process. According to the PLAR order, [Insert my name and rank] shall receive qualification X for prior schooling. It also recommends that [Insert my name and rank] is recommended to have priority for course X and be recommended promoted to Acting [insert rank] and OJT. How often is "recommended" follow by the Chain of Command, I heard it typically is unless discipline issues or something unethical or criminal (which does not apply). Will the new Qualifications show up on my MPRR when its processed? Will I get OJT? Will I get promoted?

How does implementation work of the ordered qualifications?
I am in a DEEP red trade, will this make the process go faster?
What are the odds my CoC will follow the recommendations of the PLAR approval?
