I have been slow tapering off cymbalta for a couple of years after attempting to quit cold turkey or fast taper per doctor instruction multiple times. I feel like I’ve gone thru withdrawals so severely that now it seems like everything affects me. I get horrible brain zaps if I take my acid reflux medicine at a different time. I also get brain zaps if I microdose adhd medication. :( even microdosing! It’s so horrible. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I wish I could get off this horrible drug once and for all so that if I want to try literally anything else I can. 😭
