Around 550 Kcal with 80g protein. Its not great but it's better than it looks!

Only 5 more weeks of this. Aiming to lose around 2 pounds a week with around 1500/1700 kcals a day.

PS. Please answer our study on how you percieve the use of diet apps. Our goal is to try to make the apps on the market better for the consumers.
