HELP. Can't log in to new account or contact support. Looped checkout page.
I created a new Google Workspace account last week. I attached my bank account as payment. I received an email sent to my secondary backup email that my workspace signup was approved. I have even received the test deposit in my bank account.
However, I cannot log in to my workspace account at all. When I try to log in to my account I am redirected to a checkout page that I'm infinitely looped at, the url is https://workspace.google.com/checkout/plan?snip=x
I have tried everything suggested on the internet:
- I can't log in to my admin console from an incognito window or a different browser (safari)
- I've tried logging out of all other google accounts on my computer
- I've tried logging in on my phone in the gmail app or from a private safari page - and there on my phone I first received the message that my domain needs to be verified before I was then again brought to this same checkout page loop
- I've also tried adding the "google workspace preset" DNS settings in the backend of my squarespace website.
I have also tried to reach out to google payment support and was redirected to a "workspace callback form" and provided a workspace support email to contact. When I emailed workspace support, I received a reply that my request was denied. I have also submit two cases through the callback form and have not received any contact from google except emails asking for "knowledge checks."
I've reviewed many similar support threads on google help community & reddit, and comments often end at "contact google workspace support," but it appears to be impossible to contact support unless you can log into your admin console, which I can't do.
This seems like a very dangerous business practice for Google to obtain bank account information from customers and then make it impossible for them to use the product they signed up for, or to contact support.
