I just installed a new cpu air cooler and the moment my PC starts the cpu fans jump to 100% (it’s loud) and it never slows back down, no matter how long I run it. They always remain at 100%. Does anyone know how I’d go about fixing this? I’ve tried a bunch of different ways to google this but am failing to find the right concise string of words that yield a relevant answer.
