Would anyone/everyone share their experience with applying as an external TL? Like, what are the steps/process of the interview/s and what were your best practices and redflags with the Q&A?

It's my first time, you see, and my experience is more than 2 years SME which is within the criteria of the job post though -- I want it so badly 😫😫
