Cervical ribs?

Wondering if these look like cervical ribs to anyone else?

Background: in September of 2024 I fell and traumatically dislocated my shoulder. Panicked, I set the dislocation myself. I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos (and rheumatoid arthritis) in 2011. Not my brightest move, but again I panicked. I did go to urgent care to be checked for breaks which thankfully where were not. I was told to follow up with ortho. Ortho does an mri and that shows I tore the posterior labrum and needed a second repair. My first repair was bc of a traumatic dislocation that tore the anterior labrum when I was a teenager.

Jump to October of 2025. I was diagnosed with ADHD, and was still in pt working on strengthening my shoulder after the labrum repair. With the addition of adhd medication my brain shut up. For the first time in my life I could actually think about what my body was and was not doing in pt. I could remember to ask questions. Exercises started to feel ~good~. Muscles that I’d never felt before turned on and with a lot work they STAYED on. I could actually sit in the car, or on the couch, and feel my head REST on the seat.

By December my posture and like 90% of my daily pain had gotten so much better expect for this weird spot between my spine and shoulder blade. That I assumed was arthritis pain, until February/March of this year when my collarbone started to push out at the sternum. Now I just assumed it was Ehlers Danlos bs, but my collarbone was starting to get painful, something in that area started cracking, my scapula decided it didn’t want to sit on my back anymore, and my right arm started changing colors when i’d sit up straight.

That started the saga of doctor’s appointments where I’ve learned; I’ve got really strange damage to my right glenoid that doesn’t really track with any of my previous dislocations/surgeries; vascular blockages in both arms appearing in multiple positions; that my blood pressure gets high when I hold good posture; and that I’m either going in to afib or have a sinus arrhythmia that also only shows up when I’m sitting up straight with good posture. But my nerve testing was totally good. No issues from that end?

So yeah, with all of that said, do we think I have cervical ribs?

X-ray information: images 1&2 are from 2023. Images 3&4 are from 2017. The tube is a port. My veins have always been shit. I do not currently have a port still. The thoracic ap view is from two weeks ago. I haven’t had cervical X-rays taken since 2023- before the second traumatic dislocation.

* I have an appointment with a vascular surgeon next week, and I’m currently wearing a seven day halter monitor to assess the afib/arrhythmia.
