Hello! I just failed my 3 hour glucose test. I had to go to a separate lab for the test that isn’t near my gyno office and they are now closed for the weekend so I won’t hear anything until Monday. My numbers were

Fasting: 88
1 hour: 184
2 hour: 158
3 hour: 112

Can anyone with numbers like these tell me what to expect moving forward? I am 27 weeks and this is my first pregnancy. I already have plenty of anxiety this pregnancy since it took us 5 years to finally conceive. Any advise or pointers welcome 💛
