Hello. I received a call to repair these water damage areas. I took a 6 inch blade and easily scraped these bubbles off to expose the drywall. It was dry, and paper was not damaged.
I will prime, hot mud couple coats, prime, paint full ceiling. Anyone know how to match this texture though ? Is this a skip trowel ?
