Buying a car for my pregnant girlfriend

So my girlfriend has had her car 7 years(first car) and I’m buying her a new one since she is pregnant!(I have a 5 year old so this will be now 2 kids) We have narrowed it down to two choices 2021 Buick enclave essence or 2021 Mazda cx9 grand touring. Both 1 owner and pretty clean car fax’s
The Buick has 70k miles and is 24k OTD
The Mazda has 97k miles and is 21k OTD
Both have pretty much same features but the Mazda does have cooled seats heated back seats and wheel and a few other minor things.
I feel the Buick is a safer buy for reliability(classic v6) and longevity, but the Mazda is cheaper and better on gas(turbo 4cyl)
Buicks have poop trans and Mazdas have known head/cooling problems
SO give it to me brutally honest what are we thinking is the Best Buy?
