Just passed a freaking dead dog on the side of the road between exits 2 and 1 on the Jackie Robinson. For reference it’s 5/13 just after 5pm. I didn’t get a good look, but hoping this was just an accident and not an instance of someone dumping them :( Anyone know if there’s someone to contact for this?
