Make this make sense... if you are Platinum and you drop below 70% acceptance you instantly get dropped to silver...if you drop below 95% completion you instantly get dropped to silver but if your customer rating drops below 4.7 then you can still be eligible for Gold? Dumbest stuff ever

We had a soldier in distress...wasn't sure if this was an old transmission but the squad couldn't chance it. Do you think he came through with the funding of the operation?
