Received a home paid for by my mother and the funds were wired over and has closed. Appraisal has it worth 460k. I would like to take cash out of 85k to pay off all debts. The problem is that the mortgage company has accepted all paperwork except source of funds. I have sent a redacted bank statement and a letter from the trust the money came from but that is all I can get. The trust will not give me full unredacted bank statements. If I wait 6 months can I get around the funding source? Thanks
