I'm seeing mostly positive reviews and praise for customer support. However when I checked out their site they have banners for easy returns etc but the actual return policy is not very consumer friendly and they charge for everything after product leaves their warehouse. They charge platform fee even if the order was cancelled before dispatch.

So does anyone have real experience with their support? How is the long term quality of their chairs? I WFH full time so looking for a sturdy chair that lasts.
