Tony: Dr. Cusamano writes Tony a prescription to address Tony’s growing obesity after a health scare. Tony keeps it a secret and despises himself and any else who takes the drugs.
Paulie: Absolutely opposed to their use. Thanks it is a sign of weakness. Also has some weird and vaguely theological objection.
Janice: Loses a ton of weight and becomes a born again Christian fitness influencer for clout. Does not want anyone to know that she achieved her new body via the drugs. Tony needles her and she gets insanely angry.
Bobby: Will not shut the fuck up about how great they are, talks about the drugs with the wonderment of a small child or mentally disabled adult. “They’re amazing Ton! I’ve lost 50 pounds just sitting on my ass!”
Ginny: An obvious candidate, but Johnny Sack forbids it.
