I was watching Rev. Dr. Caleb J Lines, one of my favorite progressive Christians on social media, and I kept seeing responses to his videos saying that "a real Christian doesn't support LGBT because it's prohibited" and that he and other progressive Christians are "twisting and cherry picking words from the Bible", and saying that God loves you even if he hates the sin, and I genuinely don't know what to think about this. It's obviously a very close minded and narrow view that I disagree with, but as someone who struggles with many different forms of OCD and anxiety, it's hard to not let things like that get to my head. If anyone is willing to offer advice or pray for me it'd be appreciated very much. God bless you all ❤️
