So I'm playing on an XPS 15 laptop with an RTX 4060 graphics card, which runs the graphics fine. Problem is in my task manager my GPU runs at or very close to 100% while I'm playing, which drops my FPS from 60 (max FPS with V-Sync on) to 20-40 which is pretty annoying. I have the latest graphics driver installed so any other tips or recommendations would be appreciated.
