NYC Apartment Hunting
Hi everyone! My sister and I are looking to move to Manhattan, as I'm starting a new job there soon and she works remotely. We've been apartment hunting for about a month now and there doesn't seem to be much out there and it's become frustrating. Our budget is ~$4500/month and we're looking for a 2BR or 1BR/flex 2 on the Upper West Side preferably 60s-90s. Is this possible to find or is it worth it to hire a broker? Any suggestions regarding websites to look at, helpful brokers that you had success with, good buildings to check out, etc. are greatly appreciated! TYIA
