Is this normal?

33 years old, surgery was 4/1 uterus was huge! So big that the robot cut my urethra trying to get it out.

I had zero bleeding after surgery. None what so ever. Recovery has been a breeze.

Sunday, literally stood up and had a sharp pain. Then I started bleeding. So much I had to put back on a pad. Read about it can be the stitches dissolving, but it’s bright red and I was having cramping.

I messaged my doctor because literally kinda worried.

I have an appointment today for this.

Anyone else have this? Or am I an anxiety ridden silly goose.
