I've recently run into a major issue with my Govee Pro outdoor permanent lights and I'm really hoping this sub can help. I had my lights installed on my house back in November and for the most part, did not have any issues until 3 weeks ago, when I went to turn on my lights and had no connection to my lights through my app. I went outside to check on the adapter, and it was still plugged in, but the lights would not turn on after a manual reset. It was then that I noticed a blue blinking light on the adapter, which I believe means there was some type of electrical issue. I contacted Govee, who quickly send me a replacement adapter, but when I attached that new one to my lights and plugged everything in, I had the same issue. There may have been a half second where the lights turned on, but they immediately went dark and my new adapter begin with that little, blue blinking light. I am at a loss as to what to do to try and fix the situation. Unfortunately, the guy that installed my lights has been impossible to get a hold of, and I think it might be up to my to come up with a solution. Do I need to check every light connection? Is all hope lost? Thank you for any and all of your help and suggestions.
