I have struggled to grow my traps ever since I started the gym. I Just recently realized I have postural issues which could be cause of the problems. My form in the gym (especially when doing back) I learned is poor, I would not set my shoulders down and back, could poor form be a factor? What would be some suggestions to help with this issue? Any feedback is appreciated.
