Hi! I will be living in a VDCN 2B2B at UC Irvine. I’m a calm, quiet, and respectful person who values a clean and comfortable living environment.
I usually keep my space organized and clean, and I’m mindful of shared spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom. I prefer a peaceful home atmosphere, especially during study or rest time.
I also have an ESA (emotional support animal), so I will have a cat in the apartment. She is friendly and well-behaved, and I make sure to keep everything clean and well-maintained.
I’m open to communication and setting shared expectations so we can both feel comfortable living together. I’m also okay with occasional guests as long as we communicate in advance and respect each other’s space.
