Peruvian / American trying to regularize my tax situation

I have a U.S. passport and a Social Security number. I have never filed taxes in the United States, only in Peru, where I have lived all my life. Until 2019, I had low-paying jobs (earning less than $6,000 annually). During the pandemic (from 2020 to 2022 inclusive), I did occasional and informal work. Starting in 2023, I found work as a freelancer, providing training for a company, and I rented out my share of the house where I lived (to a company), generating income of approximately $10,800 annually from the training and $6,400 from rent (for which I pay 5% in taxes in Peru). As a freelancer in Peru, I do not pay into Social Security or a pension fund. In 2024, my freelance income increased to $13,400, and my rental income remained the same.

I wish to regularize my tax situation in the United States.

I tried to contact some companies in the us for help but they are asking like 5000$, thats too much money for me.

Do you have any advice or anyone here can help me for a fair amount? thanks for your time.
