Every proxy war I've won has just led to them leaving to rival spheres anyways. I won the Jamaica proxy they joined the OFN sphere anyways. I won the Columbian proxy they have joined the OFN sphere anyways. Now it says that El Salvador is going to drift away to Japan. Is there anyway I could prevent this or is this supposed to happen.
