Thoughts on naps during house sits?

Hello!! I’m a relatively new sitter on Rover (>1 year) and I’m just wondering what people’s thoughts are on sitters napping during the day?

I had to quit my old job due to poor mental health along with some mystery illness (which I think is Crohn’s but I still need the testing done), and both things have caused pretty severe fatigue on my end. I still need to make a living and I love animals with all my heart so Rover’s been an amazing option for me.

My one concern is that clients may find that I nap or stay in their home too much? I know that sounds so counter-intuitive and that many clients would love a sitter being there nearly all day, but I also don’t want to come across as lazy or that their dog might’ve not gotten enough exercise. I walk every dog that needs/wants one, and I play with them between naps, but other than that I’m basically out all day and just set alarms for feeding times and potty breaks.

I’m working on my health and fatigue, but I also want to make sure that people generally feel okay with a sitter who might be in my position! I want the best for the pups I watch so any insight on this would be super helpful ❤️
