Hi! I initially started running in march to just burn some extra calories for my cut. Now i just genuinely enjoy and honestly prefer it over lifting at this point😂.

My main concern though is my knees. When i started in march i had some mild knee pain but then invested in some running shoes and it seemed to clear it up. However, my knees are starting to flare up again. It feels like i have to run around a mile for my knees to get comfortable enough to up my pace a bit. Soreness isnt super noticeable during the day unless im going down a steep hill or when i start to run.

Does anyone have some good tips/advice on what to do?
