Currently 39 and wife is 38. Combined we have around $1.1 million in our 401ks and another $200k in taxable brokerage.

We owe $140k on our house worth $500k
Owe $150k on raw land worth $900k
Owe $100k on another tract of raw land worth $650k

We have no other debt

My wife made $300k last year and I made $170k. She likes her job so no issues there but I do not like mine and would like to quit and work on 2 business I own.

How realistic is this to do in our current position? We can easily sell one of the tracts of raw land and pay off the home mortgage and the other mortgage on the raw land. That would only leave us with normal bills such as utilities, property tax, insurance etc.
