Resy account banned INCORRECTLY
I had my Resy acc terminated a few days ago, NEVER violated their TOS, NEVER used a bot or sold a reservation, I was on the 4 Charles regulars list, monkey bar regular, Tatiana regular, polo bar regular, and exclusive Boulud group res access! Resy WILL NOT BUDGE, I have sent them numerous emails, MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS, emails from the Boulud group and 4 Charles backing me up, and even offered to pay for them to reinstate. I had 50+ reservations on this account, I would get them all by myself, at 9:00:00 am or whtv, within seconds! I even sent them a legit reaction time test showing 0.5 seconds, THEY WILL NOT BUDGE. have tried to call Amex, and will call again today, but I feel like I’m going in circles here! any help would be so appreciated 🙏🙏🙏🙏
