OCONUS and planning for separation at the end of this current tour. Have an entire house of furniture in the OCONUS location. When we do our pack out we won’t have a new address yet since we will be purchasing a house upon our return to the US. I’m assuming the best option is NTS until we have our permanent address but have a lot of questions.
What are my options?
Once I have my new address do we just let them know we’re ready for our shipment?
How long does it take for the shipment to get to us usually? I’m assuming not longer than 180 days because that’s how long they’re able to store the items…
Any tips on using NTS? I’ve heard people say it’s terrible but not really sure why. It seems like it’s our only option so just want to mitigate risk as much as possible.
