Unpopular opinion but I hate when science stream students suddenly join law
So as the title suggests I recently noticed a lot of science kids giving/preparing for clat and completely changing their fields and joining law like it icks me so much. Like law is not a "backup" career just because you can't clear jee/neet and I hate that these people treat it this way. As a law student, law is so much serious and if you don't have a clear passion or direction in this field, you can't succeed in it. I chose law because I had a passion for it since forever which also led me to take Humanities in my 12th. But some of these science students, treat it as a "option" when they can't clear neet/jee just because it's one of the few prestigious paths after science and as a person who loves law, it just rubs me the wrong way. I know some science students are genuinely passionate about law and never wanted to take science in the first place but took it because of parental pressure but a lotttt of science students I've seen just want to give clat because apparently it's "easier" and only backup career paths if they can't clear jee/neet. I hate the latter ones. I hope these people really understand what law is and then make a decision not just because it's "easier".
