Isaksen Solar is the company that Solaris recommended in the email.

The day before I got the email, I was thinking about contacting Solaris to expand my system. Obviously. I was not going to reach out to Solaris after I got the email. Instead, I reached out to Isaksen Solar yesterday morning at about 7 AM to inquire about the expansion. I filled out their online form and got an automated email that they would call me in 48 hours. I have not heard anything yet.

There is nothing that inspires a total lack of confidence more than promising to reply to a possible customer and then not responding.
