I've been thinking about pulling the trigger on the E1 on and off ever since the Kickstarter, and now with the official launch here I'm seriously considering the printer once again. I have several use cases in mind but the main one would be using the textured printing feature to create ready to go base tops for miniature figures for wargames and RPGs. Basically taking ground texture images, generating texture reliefs from them in the software, and printing them on top of blank bases. I'm just not sure how the end result is going to look though, so I was hoping to commission a few test base tops just to get a look at how they turn out. Please shoot me a DM if you are interested!
