Are all (album) reviews paid for nowadays?

The magazines in my country used to write album reviews from my work for over two decades, but they all switched to monetizing of their reviews which imo skews the review (who would pay for a negative review right?)

Is it just a thing from the past now, or have people who write (honest and sincere) reviews moved to other platforms and if so does anyone know where to find/contact them?

I just released my latest album and everyone who listened says it’s great but I’m struggling to find any feedback or (constructive) criticism.
