Hey guys can somebody give me some enlightenment on why this happened or what I need to do I won $3,500 on lone Star off of FreePlay Fair and square. I have bought packages on there but I've never redeemed until now I gave them all the information they requested everything seemed good to go and then without an email or notification or anything they just suspended my account!! Can someone please tell me why this has happened and what I can do I just don't understand???
