I can't get into my Apple Creators Portal. When I log in, it goes in a loop, it makes it look like it's logging in, and then it bumps me back to my login to login to my account.

I checked my payment info on apple account, updated phone to see if that would push a terms and conditions because I heard that was an issue.

I also tried to make a new apple acocunt and tried to login with my husband and am still having issues. I tried on safari, private browser, chrome, internet explorer, all the things.

Is this a common known issue or what is happening? Will take any advice.
