You name it, I have tried joining communities, improved my visibility on Upwork. Linked in. etc. and still felt so clueless and stuck in the application phase. I wouldn't dive on the part of why I am desperate to find a job at the moment despite being still a student. But I really feel hopeless and stuck for having to send videos and resumes as well as time it takes to tailor ones qualifications in order to be chosen only to get rejected, ghosted, or what. I even saw posts of how they already had 100 or 500 applications and still wasn't able to get a call from any of them. I feel like watching how-tos on Youtube ain't enough. I feel like I am missing something. Help?
