Is this bondage dress okay for a wedding?

First time going to a wedding. I've wanted to rock a Herve Leger dress for FOREVER now and wondering if this is a good occasion? It will presumably be an outdoor garden wedding and I am going to be my boyfriend's +1. The bride and groom are both in their early 20s and it should be a younger crowd but I am not sure if that makes a difference. New to this so please help ;D
