Hi everyone,

I have an approved i-140 and my case is currently at the NVC stage for consular processing. However, due to the ongoing 75 countries pause in consular processing, I’m stuck.

My question is:

If I enter the U.S. on a valid B-1/B-2 Visa, would I be able to file Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status) inside the U.S. instead of continuing with consular processing?
