I think there's lot to improve but still looks nice

This is my cousin's car, 2017 model , second hand

This happened in ooty , in the parking of hotel mystique inn , we came from bangalore

Our hotel got cancelled on booking com , and we had to settle for this hotel which costed around 14k one night 3 adults , one room and this is the parking of the hotel

There was a rally going on of temple and someone was bursting cracker in front of car as can be noticed from video

now the hotel authority is not taking responsibility of it as the car was in their premise

Or is it just a accident, we have more footage after this and the mark can be seen after

my cousin is saying it will cost around more than 7k or 8k close to 10k

should we go to police right now ? we had to leave from here but we are stuck here because of this , my cousin is really stressed because he is the one managing all finances
