I'm currently working in a big org but they had lowballed me and then there hasnt been any growth here since past 3 years ever since I joined. Juniors are getting promoted over me. In my previoua companies I always used to get recognitions but I'm unable to shine over my collegues, why is that the case? There's a problem with work life balance also I'm always anxious regarding work and unable to manage at home also because if that. I am looking to switch but afraid because of the job market and AI.
